Life of Excellence Scholarship
Purpose:
To provide a $500 scholarship to an outstanding male representative from the class of 2015 that best demonstrate our founding values and fulfill the criteria below:

- Delta Tau Delta seeks quality men who have demonstrated leadership, commitment to service, and academic excellence in the past, and look to further promote these values through involvement in Greek organizations on Miami’s campus.
- The scholarship contains financial aid in two pieces: the first, a $150 academic scholarship to selected students, and the second, a $350 leadership scholarship for any award winners that choose to become new members in Delta Tau Delta Fraternity in the Spring Semester of 2012.
- Selected applicants will be invited to Delta Tau Delta’s annual Purple & Gold Banquet in the fall of 2011, with winners being announced upon its conclusion.

By submitting this form, I hereby affirm that all the above stated information provided by me is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
I hereby understand that if chosen as a scholarship winner, according to Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, I must provide evidence of enrollment / registration at the post-secondary institute of Miami University, Oxford Campus before scholarship funds can be awarded. Furthermore, I understand this scholarship shall only be used for college related expenses.
